These 2 ½ hour weekday evening lessons take place in Cooks Academy’s state-of-the-art facility in Dublin city centre, and each evening focuses on a single cookery theme. These lessons are either hands-on or demonstration type. Tapas is the collective name for small and delicious mouthfuls of something savoury, served in almost every bar in Spain. Made from a variety of foods, meat, seafood, nuts, cheese, eggs. This evening workshop is a snapshot of some of what we have found to be the most popular tapas which can be made from ingredients easily available.
Cooks Academy is Dublin's Premier Cookery & Wine School located at 19 South William Street, Dublin 2. Tapas Evening Cookery Lesson operate daily from 6.30pm - 9.00pm. Advance booking on AllGifts.ie is required.
