Essential for every budding cook; this basic knife skills course will you the confidence to chop like a professional. Slice, dice and chop under the watchful eye of our expert chefs. Cooks Academy will provide knives but you are welcome to bring your own. These 2 ½ hour weekday evening lessons take place in Cooks Academy’s state-of-the-art facility in Dublin city centre, and each evening focuses on a single cookery theme. These lessons are either hands-on or demonstration type.
Cooks Academy is Dublin's Premier Cookery & Wine School located at 19 South William Street, Dublin 2. Knife Skills Lessons operate daily from 6.30pm - 9.00pm. Advance booking on AllGifts.ie is required.
